1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by the Export Help Center, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Registration and Account Security
- To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register your details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment for our Export Business Practice is required in advance. We accept all UPIs and bank transfer payment options.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 48 - 72 hours.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the Export Training programs are the intellectual property of the Export Help Center and are protected by copyright laws.
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the provided materials for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
5. Code of Conduct
- Users agree not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with the normal functioning of our services.
- Harassment, offensive language, or any form of inappropriate behaviour towards instructors or other users will not be tolerated.
6. Limitation of Liability
Export Help Center shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Modification of Terms
Export Help Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from using our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai.
